– About Confident Care
Care that comes to you
We exist for the hardest moments, and we believe no one should have to face them alone.
– OUR STORY
Who we are
Confident Care Mobile Crisis is a mobile crisis response team serving the communities of rural southwest Virginia. We bring licensed behavioral health professionals directly to the people who need them, meeting you where you are and helping you stay safe in your own home and community whenever possible.
Through our Mobile Crisis Response and Community Stabilization services, we support children, adolescents, adults, and families across Virginia’s southwest Piedmont Region. Our work is guided by a clear mission: to reduce unnecessary hospitalisations, emergency department visits, and law enforcement involvement, while connecting individuals to the treatment, support, and resources that make lasting recovery possible.
– OUR CONVICTION
That every person, in every moment of vulnerability, deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and respect.
– OUR BACKGROUND
Why we started
Confident Care Mobile Crisis was founded on a simple but urgent belief: that no one should face a mental health or behavioural health crisis alone, without access to immediate, compassionate, and community-based care. We saw the real need for accessible crisis intervention across rural Southwest Virginia and built a service to meet it. At Confident Care Mobile Crisis, we hold one conviction above all others — that every person, in every moment of vulnerability, deserves to be met with dignity, compassion, and respect.
